The architect, designer and art director Piero Lissoni (1956), after graduating from the Politecnico di Milano, founded the interdisciplinary studio Lissoni Associati in 1986 together with Nicoletta Canesi.
The studio develops architecture, interiors, design and graphics projects, villas, residential complexes, offices, factories, theaters, restaurants and hotels, yachts, shops, retail areas, museum displays, exhibition stands, furniture and lighting.
The collection of veneers was personally developed by Piero Lissoni for the ALPI factory. I have already written about it here.
Or here’s the Garden mixer tap.
Lissonis’s design studio works with world’s preeminent brands such as Alessi, Audi, B&B Italia, Cappellini, Cassina, Fantini, Flos, Glas Italia, Illy, Kartell and dozens of others.
“I like every year to be better than the year before and to be very good at life, with friends, work, culture, books, food, wine,” master notes.
Specifically, maestro is the art director for Alpi, Boffi, De Padova, Lema, Living Divani, Lualdi and Porro.
The master’s team has brightly shown itself working with Boffi and De Padova. I promise to write about the latter in more detail.
Piero Lissoni has earned a series of international awards, including the Red Dot, Good Design and Oscar Compasso d’Oro.
